regarding proof of funds

Hi

I have received a gift deed from my father of amount 8 lacs. I am applying through EE FSW. My father has made the affidavit of the gift deed dated 27 oct. however, due to some holidays my father will deposit the amount in my new account on 2nd november or may be late.
So is it correct? or do i have to change the affidavit date also ?

Date doesn't really matter. Make sure the transfer is done via Cheque & That Cheque number is mentioned in the affidavit.

My father has created a new saving account by my name to transfer 8 lacs into my new account so I cannot fetch the six months statement. Although I have one salary account also in the same bank where I have 2 lacs in that account and I can show six months statement also..

Will this be a issue ? Opening a new bank account to show POF

No, shouldn't be any problem. Show both statements, & Justify the origin of sudden flow of funds in your new account.
