Regarding PR Card timeline

I wanted to know how long does it take to get the Resident card once you enter Canada? And during the initial days, would they deliver the PR card to any address?

Thank you. Is it possible to get the PR card from any IRCC office or would they mail only to a given address as initially once you enter, I plan to do a temporary stay in Airbnb.

Not possible to get it from an IRCC office. Must be mailed to a personal address.
