REGARDING PR CARD ( ALL SENIORS WHO ALREADY LANDED)

hI FRIEND,
i am planning to land in tornto on 5 june 2011.
my query is where to fill up the form for PR card . all i got was COPR and i dont see any column to write my adress to send pr card.
do i ahve to fill up a separate form for PR card or they will fill it up at the when we land. how the thing goes

When you land at the port of entry, you will be directed to the immigration office. At the office, the officers will check your COPR and ask for your address for your PR card.
