I have 2 Question...
1. We are planning to apply for PR Visa of Quebec Canada, We are from India. I am wondering about PCC, I have a case on me from past 3 year, but 6 month back that case was settled and compromised by accused and charged was null invoid. I wanted to ask, is there any problem may occur in PCC?

2. I have opened my Own Pvt. Ltd. Company in India 4 years back. Company is Still Running, but now we are not operating that. Now I am planning shift in Canada. Is there any problem occur in PCC or any other process.
