Regarding points doubts

Hi,
I Have scored 5.5 band in IELTS examination(i.e. Reading:5.5, Writing:5.5, Listening:5.5, Speaking:5.5)
I have done post graduation in Msc.(Computer Science)
Also my blood relative(i.e. my sister) is living in Canada.

Does it means I am eligible for applying FSW permanent visa for Canada immigration??

You need 6 points minimum in each of the 4 skills...with 5.5 each, you are not eligible

Sorry mate, you need to score 6 in each component.

that is Reading:6, Writing:6, Listening:6, Speaking:6 to be eligible

and

Reading:7, Writing:7, Listening:8, Speaking:7 to Score Maximum Points for Language Proficiency [24 Marks]
