hi Manpreet Singh.. you will get 19 points for your work experience on April 2010. And just 10 points for arranged employment. I am not sure about the education and points with your spouse. Pls refer to cic.gc.ca to compute your total points and that's the time i can tell how many points you need for your ielts. but assuming the following are your points, you pass...
education: 15 (i know someone who was given 12 points for a vocational course)
Experience: 19
age : 10
work offer : 10
spouse : 4
ielts : 10 ( you will need 12 points if they will give you 12 in education, and more if they won't give you a 4 in adaptabilty (spouse)
total : 68
just talked to my agent.. she said you can get 15 points because of the fact that you have at least 13 yrs of fulltime education, and you can have 4 points for adaptability if your spouse has a bachelor degree or a 2-yr course but has 14 yrs fulltime education..
OH...SORRY BROTHER TYPE MISTAKE...MY EXPERIENCE STARTS FROM APRIL 2006 SO I CLAIM 21 POINTS FOR MY EXPERIENCE...THEN NOW TELL ME ABOUT IELTS..HOW MUCH BAND SUFFICIENT FOR ME

if they will give you 15 for education and 4 for adaptability, then you only need the minimum 8 points. But anything can happen so i suggest you aim for a 12, 14, or as high as 16

you also got me confused but to make things clear, you can only get a maximum 10 points for adaptabilty and another 10 points for an arranged employment.
SInce you have an arranged employment, you get that maximum points of 10 points, and will get 4 points (from a maximum of 10) for adaptability because you have a spouse with you..
10 points is possible for adaptability if you have an immediate relative living in canada (5 points), and if your spouse is a PhD holder..
