Regarding pgwp criteria

Hello sir. I have written tef Canada exam. However I am applying for a diploma program. And to avail pgwp. I have read in ircc website stating that people who studied French as second language. Will not be able to avail pgwp. Does that I will not be able to avail pgwp?

What does French have to do with a PGWP? As long as the program is DLI approved, you may get a PGWP.

What Quebec college are you going to? Look it up in DLI list and it will state if it is eligible.
