Hi everyone, I had a question. I'm eligible for cec stream and got the ITA in the last draw. Presently I am in India for some reasons. So can I apply for pcc from India or should I apply from canada? I checked the below link and there are no restrictions. But some are saying that I should apply for PCC only from canada as I belong to CEC stream. Can anyone please shed some light here. Please let me know whether I can apply for PCC from India even though I belong to CEC stream
