Regarding pay requirements

Hello, I have one doubt on salary requirement for pharmacy assistant job. I want to apply under category based express entry draw in healthcare occupation. In job bank, the pay for pharmacy assistant has 3 parts
1). Law: $16.55 ( that is ON minimum wage)
2) Median : $ 22
3) High: $ 28 something

my pay is $19/hr right now so in order to apply for Pr in ON the wage has to be $22 that is median? For this job
