regarding medical reports- help pls

i did my medical examination and waiting for visa. my doctor directly transfer my medical reports to manila ,Philippine.
yesterday i called to my doctor and ask about document tracker number. through that i found that my documents delivered yesterday to manila.
so my problem is after they verified my reports, are they Currier that documents back to my home country or are they have some electronic system for input my data for view to visa officer in my country

The documents will be their property , yes they have systems in which when the medical officer will ok ur case then the VO will issue visa ...
