Regarding Medical Examination

Hi

I got my medical examination done on 11th May but could not attach the form that I was supposed to attach and submitted my application on14th May. Now I have got a request from IRCC to get me medical done within 30 days. Now, please advice me on what should I do. I have sent them an e-mail and submitted the web-form as well stating that I have already completed my medical examination. But no response from them.

Has anyone been in this situation before? Any suggestions on what should I do next?

Also, Can I withdraw or cancel my current application and start a new application.

How do I upload that now. There is no option to upload any document now.

Have you link your application to your gckey account? You can link it and upload from there.

Yes, I have applied using the GCKey only. Submitted an online application.

I haven't uploaded documents before so kindly ask for help from those who has. But I know they upload it in their account
