Regarding layover time in England ( LONDON )

Hello Guys,

I have a query , please help me to answer

I am Canada PR since 2015 and presently residing in my home country ( INDIA )

I will be migrating to Canada shortly permanently.

My Question is as my flight is Via London ( heathrow ) with layover time of 23 hours, so during this time Can I go out of Airport to roam london without transit visa ?

Or will I get the visitor visa post I arrived in London ?

You cannot leave the airport unless you apply for a Visitor in Transit Visa. That costs £59

You need Transit Visa for UK if you wish to get out of the airport.

No, you need to apply and get it beforehand. There is no Visa on Arrival scheme at London Heathrow.
