Can anybody help me out that student want to apply for Study permit in Cnada from Phillipines and has General Ielts trf and not able to write exam for academic module but he said that he has a certificate from the university that english was the first languauge as a medium on instructions, and that works for offer letters. I am still confused ...anybody applying from phillipine's in same situation?
