Regarding funds

Hi
I got my admission letter from western university, Ontario for masters in public health program staring in september 2017.
It is a one year program.
The processing time for study permit is 5 weeks.
What's the best method to show that I have enough funds while I apply for the study permit?
The loan sanctioned letter along with personal expenses fund will be enough?

You can provide IRCC the loan letter from that organization as well as providing them a bank statement that shows how much funds you have saved in your own personal account as this may be needed for out of pocket expenses.
