I was wandering, I have my foreign Experience From 3rd March 2022 to 28th February 2023 shown in my spousal open work permit. Then I came to Canada And i work for 1.5 yrs and now our work permit is over. As I notice in My work Experience I have 2 days less, so Can i go back to India and again I start working in same NOC code which i was working before when i was in India and Can i Claim the foreign work experience points or it should be continuous work experience and after going to India i have to work again full for 1 year and then I have to claim. Please help me with it, I searched everywhere in IRCC website but i didn't find any information regarding to this.

If this is for claiming foreign experience points you won't get any. In the drop down menu, you will have to select None or less than a year

From my personal experience, they check the Letter of release / Letter of employment. If there is a discrepancy they will raise [R87.1(2)(a)].
