In Ontario Nomination Form, There is a field

Please provide your English or French level for each of the following competencies as per most recent assessment obtained within the last 24
months. For English test: either IELTS General or CELPIP General results are accepted. (Please see guide for language requirements).

So , Since I have taken IELTS test, In the answer Boxes do i need to fill IELTS band score or the CLB levels corresponding to those band scores
