What does the experience letter contain ? If it does not contain your Duties and Responsibilities it will not be of much help.

Get a letter on plain paper from a manager or someone who works with you and is in a position to know your duties. Make sure it includes your job duty description.

Is that sufficient? there is no possibility of rejection right?

There is always possibility of rejection. But a personal reference letter from a senior at your company who knows your duties and will list them properly in the letter is second best after a letter on company letterhead, and it has worked for many people.
