Can someone please let me know if we can submit Employer Reference letter without Company letterhead!!!
My Company doesn't provide reference letters, however I can get from my Lead or PM. Will this work ?
According to CEC's Document Checklist, the Reference letter must:
- Written on company letterhead
- Signed by responsible officer/supervisor
- have the printed name and title of the responsible officer/supervisor beneath the signature
- show the company's full address, telephone and fax number, email and website addresses
- stamped with the company's official seal (if applicable)
So even if reference letters are written by your lead or PM, i don't know if that's enough for the Visa Officers since it's without company letterhead...because its one of the "must" requirements.
The lack of the company letter head will, at the very least, raise concerns.
Are they willing to at least attach a business card?
I can't understand why someone would be willing to write a letter but not put it on letterhead... The letter is a mere statement of facts, there is no need to indicate "support" one way or the other.
Yeah I know. What else can I do if they are not ready to give reference letter with letterhead.
Already mine was rejected once because I did not provide reference letter.
So I'm really frustrated and not sure what to do :-( ..
