yes. ECA not needed for Indian degrees as the highest degree is from Canada.
Thank you for replying. My wife's canadian Master degree will be finished after February 2018. She already finished 1 Master degree from India.
yes.. to claim her education points in 2017, you need to do ECA for her completed Indian masters degree.
