I am planning for masters and my mother is going to be my sponsor. Her main source of income is interest on FDR. However, as her tax is deducted at source she doesn't have any TIN or Tax return. VFS Singapore says that all the candidate must submit 2 years tax return as a proof of income. I am trying for the next fall. What can I do?
