I want to inquire about the delay in visa stamping. I submitted my passport at Delhi embassy (India) on 29th Nov.

Is there any impact of Canada post strike related to the stamping since COPR is also delivered along with passport

No. They just print it at the visa section there.

Not sure where you are getting a 20 day processing as a hard timeline, it can take anywhere from a minimum of 3 weeks to 5 or 6 weeks.
