I got the soft copy of my ECA today. .however my agent (y axis) is telling me to wait til I get the hard copy..bcoz some times the reference number may vary in hard and soft copy. so can anyone tell me can I create profle with soft copy or I shud wait til I get hard copy..how many days it takes to receive gard copy.
Thank y for reply..can u tell.me approximately how much time it takes to create profile in EE And how many days it takes for ECA report to reach india through express courier service.and also if I create profile now will it become active that time itself.
The chances for the certificate number to be different in the hard copy is very less. However I would request you to wait till you receive the hardcopy, as we dont have to wait for taking chances. Usually the hardcopy arrives by UPS which takes 3 business days. But since it its from YAxis, they could have their own mechanisms of processing documents in bulk and then shipping them to India. But whatever should be the process, it should not take more than 5 days.
Please do create your profile by any Wednesday so as to make yourself eligible for the draw which can happen on a friday. The reason I said Wednesday is that in case of errors you still have a day to correct it.
