Regarding CAQ and GIC

In how many days they will give confirmation of documents receipt for CAQ? I have sent my documents on 17 feb and they reached there on 24 February.On my online portal it still shows that your file is now open.

And for GIC can I fund the account with previous college name or should I request them to change it first then I make payment?
How many days scotia bank will take to change my college name?

And when to pay college fees bcoz I still have conditional letter? But I sent the required documents to make it unconditional.

It will take atleast 20days from 24Feb for status to change to documents received after that it will take week or 2 for CAQ confirmation.
