Does anyone applied to CIC under PNP with Secondary School Certificate as Birth Certifacte by explaining birth certificate unavailability?

Yes I did and looks like it worked. I have done my medicals. They wrote me saying my application is complete and they did not ask for any additional documents as yet. I wrote a cover letter explaining why I can not provide my birth certificate. Hope that helps.... All d best
Sanju - Can you provide inputs as to what you wrote in the cover letter.

Could you please share as to what you wrote in the cover letter as an explanation for not having the birth certificate?
