Bonjour tout le monde,
I am currently in the process of renewing my immigration documentations, both CAQ and Study Permit. I have a situation and I can't sort out what to do.
Scenario
Say my dad's bank statement shows $30,000 for this year. I already paid for summer (not from the 30,000 in statement), so I have a credit of 15,000 in my University Account. I have to pay for one more semester, which is say, 15,000. Now if my dad pays the remaining 15,000$, would that mean my funds available for study is:
A) 30,000$ (I can show the original bank statement)
B) 15,000$ (Updated statement deducting transferred expense) [Will that still meet the IRCC minimum fund requirements?]
C) 30,000$ (15,000$ in my University account as credit + 15,000$ in the bank statement) [Will that still meet the IRCC minimum fund requirements?]
Piggybacking, can IRCC access my personal bank account information (Statement balance, credit balance) [RBC]? Or can they access my dad's personal bank account information in a foreign country (Local bank and not international)?
Merci!
