Regarding application status

Hello All,
We submitted file for work visa, for some reason our visa was declined and after request for reconsider i got my visa approved on 2 August, but my husband and my daughter haven’t got any update, I contacted to local MP and today he got reply from IRCC there is no active application for my husband and my daughter.
Please suggest me what wrong with the file and what we need to do.

If all of your visas were initially declined, then it sounds like they only reconsidered your work permit application. Your husband and daughter will have to reapply.

But we send all application together for reconsider because we were rejected for same reason.

In that case it sounds like your only option is to order GCMS notes for your husband's and daughter's applications and see what they say. They may not have reconsidered their applications. (Reconsiderations are generally quite rare.) It will take around 30 days for the notes to arrive.

Actually our application was submitted in Sydney Australia and mine visa approved from hong Kong so where we need to send GCMS notes Sydney or Hong Kong

You don't request GCMS notes through a specific office.

I call to IRCC but said they can’t provide information regarding this, they said i need to contact Sydney office but they are not answering my call.
