Reg SBTET Transcripts

Hi Guys,
I am going to apply Transcripts from SBTET Hyderabad for polytechnic and JNTU-H for B.Tech
I have few doubts on transcripts,

1. can anyone please explain what is the procedure for SBTET, When I check in some websites its confusing like need blood relatives etc etc
I have called umpteen times to SBTET but they are not picking at all, I dont know their problem. Its very bad.

2. I am 2008 passout Btech, for transcripts from JNTU, are they put in sealed envelope and sign on the flap?
In case if they give envelops separately with stamp and signature, it is not possible to seal exactly to match the flap side stamp and signature right? how u guys did, please let me know

3. Do we need envelop sealed transcripts for spouse? incase please explain the procedure transcripts of Nagarjuna University

I am also in same situation, completed diploma in 2007 from Government polytechnic, Warangal. i am going for transcripts next week, please explain me the procedure to obtain transcripts from SBTET - Hyderabad.

Hi,

I am also looking for polytechnic, nizamabad (SBTET) and B Tech degree transcripts. Can you please help me on this. And let me know the procedure. Polytechnic diploma is where its creating confusion for me.
How can i get those transcript and whether will that diploma be considered by WES and evaluates or not.
B. Tech is from JNTU hyderabad, hence no confusion there. But am bothered about diploma degree. Please help me.
