HI,
Myself Karthik from india.I have Completed my MBA in HR & Systems and have Exp of 3.6yrs into HR Generalist in a Startup IT Concern.Since I can find very few Opportunities here in my field i would like to Enhance my Skills which might boost my Career well.My UG is B.Sc Electronic Science and my Profile is

PG:69%(Without backlogs)
Work Exp:3.6yrs

1.I would like to have a Good JOb Opportunity through my Study.But what i'm thinking is can go for Second master so that i wont be a Prob in PR.But As of my Personal Commitments i have to choose only 1 yr Course.Shall i Proceed with PG Diploma itself will it be a good Option.
2.I Thought to do IT Business Analyst from Cambrian College /George Brown College will it sounds good enough while hunting for my JOb else i have some other Options also like Project Management or Business Intelligence like that.
3.is it Mandatory to apply before 5 yrs of from last study to canada..

ur going to study so ur past study profile should match with the study program u choose.IT seems a mismatch
