I am newbie here....from India, and wanted to move Canada,
I have a question, can a person have 2 processes (Student Visa & Job Visa) at a time on 1 passport? OR it’s not suggestible?
Because I have a confirmed/approved CAQ (Certificate of Acceptance) from QUEBEC Province, and approve LOA from Montreal school for Diploma course.
and I am thinking is it worth to invest 45,000 CAD for 2 years study or try for PR then job to save that money??
Hi pavan23,
thanks for your reply.....
But how? CAQ is related to studies only but PR is different, how to apply PR through CAQ? can you please explain....
also, 2 days back i have given medical test in my country (CMM - center for migration medicine) while that time doctor said there is some abnormal found in my chest xray......so it leads to any visa rejection in future? (not yet applied to visa) also Medical test is same for Student/Work/PR?? or there is any separate tests like IELTS General & Academic???
Hi,
My wife is Moroccan lives in the US , he went there on a tourist visa that was valid for 6 months then he applied for green card "AOS" through employment , the AOS was pending for one year and half but recently his AOS was denied and he has no status in the US at the moment.
my question is :mcdvoicemybkexperiencetellhappystar
is it possible to sponsor him to come to Canada and finalize his application at buffalo NY even he has no status in the US at the moment or he has to go back to his home country and finalize his application within the visa office at Morocco ?
thanks,
rahulsaha.

You can try to complete the process in the U.S.. If an interview is required, it will be held in Morocco and your wife will have to leave the U.S. and attend this interview in person.

Just to add to my comment above, the best option would be to leave the U.S. and return home.
Being out of status can complicate the spousal sponsorship process and cause processing to take longer. Also, once your spouse is in the U.S. without status for a year, she will be autoatically banned from the U.S. for 10 years once she leaves.
