My partners ETA got refused, we applied for rehabilitation which then also got refused
His offences where 8 years ago, which where DD and then 10 years ago he beat someone up
He is now a nurse and has been for 5 years, for the rehabilitation we sent off a letter from his work, his nursing pin, everything that was requested, for example what happened at the time of the offence, and why we feel he is now rehabilitated? But it’s still been refused.
We are visiting Canada for 2 weeks on the 26th December 2018 for his sisters wedding, we are staying with family.
If there anything else I can do that would help? Because as you can imagine not being able to go to his sisters wedding has hit him pretty hard
