Hello everyone
I’m in hard situation.
My wife got her PGWP 2 years ago, and after we got SOWP for me.
We was eligible for 3 years but because of my passport expiration, they gave us 2 years and told us you can extend your work permit after you change your passport.
now after 2 years, we applied 3 months before work permit expiration date for taking the rest of our permit, Unfortunately at that time my wife was unemployed (but we were eligible), after 7 months that they reviewed our application, my SOWP got rejected and the work permit of my wife approved.
Please help me I think I’m eligible to take all my 3 years permit but I got rejected

Your are not eligible for a SOWP unless your wife has a skilled job. When she applied to get her extension, she didn’t have a job. Does she have a job now?

New rules don’t apply to PGWP. If she has a skilled job, then reapply with employment letter and paystub. You cannot work until you have approved permit. Registering a business doesn’t allow you to work for the business. If you do then you are working illegally.
