Refusal with PTE

I refused my visa with pte . My agent forgot to submit my pte login details and send pte verification to ircc

Reason- applicants has provide pte score which is not verified on offical pearson site.

Do you send your PTE score to IRCC from your official PTE account and second do you share login details of PTE account in your SOP?
