Refusal, Resubmit, ineligibility

Its my first time on here, so here goes. I got an invitation to apply last year June and in January 2020 I was refused, as it was deemed that i did not have enough money. (I had more than enough). I decided to resubmit to the pool that same month (January). i was asked if i previously applied and was asked to enter the old profile number and the UCI. On 1 april i got a letter saying "we regret to inform you that you are no longer eligible to be in the pool" and they listed a bunch of examples of why i would be ineligible. Can someone explain this to me? and what i can do about it, if there is anything i can do?

They did not give a specific reason they only gave examples of possible reasons I would be ineligible for express entry. The reasons outlined were:
1. English test old
2. English test scores too low
3. Insufficient funds
4. not enough Valid work experience
5. english test not valid
6. Not enough Educational qualification

You should have tried to appeal to the VO for reconsideration to reopen your application, with proof that you do have sufficient funds.

When was your profile created? It’s valid for 1 year.

Also the amount of funds needed changed this year. Maybe you had last year's minimum in the profile
