I have received refusal for non-sds study visa. My IELTS score is R-8.5, W-6, S-7, L-6.5.
I am an MBA in HR 2012 pass out post with 68% with no backlogs. Post which I have been working as a Recruiter an did some part-time work in between in India and 3 years live din Singapore.
I applied for Maters in Global Management at Royal Roads University, BC. Funds shown-1.7cr (FD, savings of spouse and me, shares). Property is in the name of parents hence not shown. I hired an IRCC agent for this.
I got rejected basis:
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.
• Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of: your qualifications, previous studies, mark sheets, academic record, level of establishment, language abilities, and/or your future prospects and plans.
I wrote a good SOP and the course is also relevant to my experience and past academics. I didn't have my part time job experience letters so I didn't attach them. Can someone suggest what might have went wrong and what can I do to get a positive result?

Well you have a MBA with poor grades so that is an issue, and your are applying for another Masters in Management. Makes no sense unless you get admission to a public DLI like UBC and not a school catering to international students. If you have a MBA then don’t understand how taking this masters at a private school will give you a much higher salary to justify costs. Assume agent got a kic back for you applying there.

68% is a C+. Not great grades. Private schools have no requirements. Most public DLIs for a Masters would require a minimum of B+. Apply to a public DLI and see if you are admitted.

I am wrong but it caters to international students. Few Canadians know about it. Your reasons for refusal are poor marks and future prospects. Again you have a MBA so how will taking another Masters give you that much more of a higher salary then you should be getting now. Are you trying to immigrate?
Agree that 68% is not considered good. Canadian universities do not have a "backlog" system. You will not graduate if any of the required course is not completed/passed.
UBC is out of my league. University of Vic I didn't try. I have an offer from Conestoga for Project Mgmt course. My agent didn't get a kick back for having me apply at RRU. It was my decision since few of my friends are studying there and have same background as me.
