I was twice refused for Study permit
""Subsection 216(1) family ties in Canada and in your country of residence"
Last 99 year we have no relative / blood relative in Canada. I am an Indian leaving in Uganda since last 9 year with a proper yearly student permit . I have completed my "AS" level studies under Cambridge Education system.
My Father has India passport and Certificate of Residence in Uganda & he never want to leave Uganda as working in Multi International reputed company since last 12 Years. (details were nicely disclosed)
"Subsection 216(1) I am not satisfied you will leave Canada -- "Purpose of Visit"
After searching many colleges I have selected ICM for my pathway and Intake was Jan 2020. on my AS level marks and subject the LOA was offered & fees paid in in advance. My travelling history Yr. 2015/2017 I have visited Dubai & USA.
" Subsection 216(1) I am not satisfied with your immigration status ..
" Since Last 9 year we never missed to Renew the student permit at present my permit was valid up to 30/4/2020. Now, I have continued my "A" level studies under Cambridge Education system at present the permit will be renewed to April 2021. Moreover, if I want to stay in Uganda I can continue on my father's Certificate of Residence. Hence the clause to satisfy visa officer for my immigration status never comes in to the picture.
In my 3 page personal statement I have tried to mentioned each and everything very nicely and specifically related to Finance / Property and reason to come back.
I selected Canada as peaceful country to study
I am not aware where I turned wrong. Your advise and views pl.
