My sister and family have applied for PR under skilled worker category in 2010, due to the delay in the response from the canadian immigration department about the further status and she got an offer to work in saudi for a period of year in 2012 - october . Canada immigration asked to undergo medical and PCC during the month of Nov-2012 . Communication was sent to re-delhi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca asking for a year extension through Mail,courier and fax mentioning the same , received an auto-response saying the case has been forwarded to the concerned department.
We have received a communication from the mail id : re-delhi-im-enquiry@internation.gc.ca stating that the visa application has been refused because of no communication is been passed on to them about the extension where in we have sent multilple communication in that email as well as fax and courier.
Please suggest how to proceed further or anyone has been in the similar situation .
Awaiting for some suggestions .
