Are there any options for appeal for people who were able to successfully enter based in Safe Third Country Agreement but had their application refused?
 
You cannot appeal a negative decision from the RPD if your claim was referred as an exception to the Safe Third Country Agreement. You can, however, apply for a judicial review.
