Refund of Processing Fees for Federal Skilled Worker

Will some one help regarding knowing the status of refund of Processing Fees. As my application for immigration in Federal Skilled Worker was terminated by operation of new law and I applied for refund at your email FSWFeeReturn@cic.gc.ca and also got the confirmation mail on 15.06.2013, but I have not received the refund amount till now. In spite of repeated reminders no reply is coming forth. How can I know about status of refund?

I also Have the same exact issue ,i sent my form to FSWFeeReturn-RetourdefraisTQF <FSWFeeReturn@cic.gc.ca> back in April 2013 and got a confirmation by end of May 2013 but i didnt get ANY further update ,i repeatedly sent many reminders in vain ,can any one tell us what can we do about this?

Recently I sent an email to the same email address asking about the status, I got an automatically response saying that since Feb 7 2014 they will send an email when the refund check is sent out to us to let us know. Not to ask any longer before June. Just wait.

it has been almost two years now since they announced the cancellation of old applications and i still didn't get my refund check!

SHAME ON the Canadian government!

I am on the same boat!!! The delemma was.. were too tired of waiting...can someone also from this admin..provide us some enligtenment???
For how much longer we have to wait???I recieve today another forms..and was ask to complete and send it via mail or e-mail..I decided tocomply and sent through e-mail to...FSWetc... as to follow whatever they are instructed...but to no avail..i tried filling up the form online but i was blocked??? and demanded to update PDF??? which i did..again tried too fillup the form...desperately in vain...personally iknow this refund thing is merely blocking their way to a real scenario problem ....hope to get the real picture here...

Its really disheartening, first they have terminated your applications and now even after
one year refund is not being done moreover they should pay interest on the refund amount.
Really irresponsible country

My application was also scratched under Jobs growth and prosperity program. I had applied electronically in Nov 2013 for refund.
On 26th Feb 2014 i got an email stating that my refund cheque was issued on 12th Feb 2014 and should i not reveive the cheque in 2months i should write them back.
Its more than 3 months now and i did not receive my refund cheque.
I have written a number of emails to the refund processing unit but to no avail.
The authorities there are not even confirming that when the cheque was mailed.
Its pathetic. I am fed up. Its my money and for no right the canadian govt
Is holding it.
PLEASE CIC AT LEAST PROCESS THE REFUNDS QUICKLY WHENCE YOU HAVE FAILED TO KEEP YOUR PROMICE TO PROCESS MY APPLICATION.

I have received an email yesterday 19th of June 2014 stating that my check was released on 5th of June 2013 ,of course i did NOT receive ANYTHING!!

SHAME ON THE CANADIAN GOVERNMENT!

if you wanna steal our money there is no need to fool us and say you sent a check!

what would have happened if i already immigrated there?!

they requested me to fill another form if my check was lost ,i wonder why dont they send it via courier?!

anybody got his check yet?

If they said they sent the cheque it was probably sent. If you had a consultant/lawyer, and haven't removed the representation, it probably went to them.

I did not cancel my representative but I sent the refund form, signed by hand, to request for the cheque to be sent to an updated recipient.
Got my refund early this year.

Just to update you guys ,this information might give you hope:
I finally got my check few days ago!
After i sent the form filled and signed (through the postal service) ,attached a letter with a strong language to the Canadian government ,I got an envelop containing the check, I went to my bank to incash it and i was advised that it might take up to 2 weeks for the check the clear as its been issued from abroad (the check didn't contain a code BTW).

i say if you didn't get your check yet ,fill the form the send it to the address advised in the email ,looks like the Canadians are not used to Emails yet!

keep following up till you get it...don't give them your money!....
