You can find a list of Sponsorship Agreement Holders in the link below who are approved to sponsor refugees. Most of them are no longer accepting new sponsorships but you can certainly contact them to try to find one that is. Good luck.
You will have to wait. You’ll also need identify why you would need asylum.
You might actually be in a better position to apply for immigration through one of the regular programs as opposed to the refugee programs available. With 12 years in Dubai and a job, they may see your asylum claim as questionable.
Would suggest looking into economic immigration and whether you qualify. It is unclear what kind of education you have and how old you are. It would also be something that you could work towards and be in your control.

this is difficult I as the competition is very high I'm 38 years old, I didn't cross the 390 points. the competition starts from 450 I believe . so that's the reason I'm looking into asylum

of course I have the reason, first of all I'm outside my home country, and I didn’t travel since the war started in 2011, and I cannot return there due to the well-founded fear of persecution race, religion and they are still seeking for people to fight. I'm happy in Dubai but now with the global crises most of the people they lost their job and my company that I worked for 12 years almost broke. so if I lost my job I have nowhere to go.

Given that you have been living in the UAE for so long you may not actually get approved for asylum. You can always work towards improving your CRS score or look at PNP programs.

Get a private sponsorship is really difficult. You usually need to have friends or family in Canada who can Campaign for you to be chosen. It also could take years so you will need to look for other options.
