My refugee work permit is expired and got AOR for inland spousal application. Don’t know what to do next. Renew my refugee work permit or should apply for spousal OWP.

Did you get AOR or AIP? If AOR, then you won't qualify for an OWP yet based on the spousal sponsorship application. You need to wait until AIP.

No point applying at this point if you don’t qualify for OWP from your in,and sponsorship.
