I had my refugee protection claimant document on may 22 2016 and it expired this may 2018, i have no other document than my health card ( that i recently lost) and Im still waiting for my pr and im not sure how long its gonna take. and apparently you cant renew it so my question is what other document I could use for my g1 license and other stuff?

The processing backlog has resulted in many people going past the 2-year validity of their Refugee Protection Document. According to this operational bulletin, it looks like you should have received a new one that is valid for 4 years.
You also should get a new health card and inform your province that you lost your other card. Your card could e used fraudulently and it is your responsibility to report that you lost your card and you need a new one. You need a form of ID for so many things
