I just wondering how many days before a short hearing should i get the mail for the hearing date, they called my counsel in early dec 2020 and told her that my short hearing should be in 25 feb but me and the counsel did not get any mail for hearing date.
So the question is normally how many days before a hearing should a claiment get the notice of hearind Date in Toronto ?
i think your counsel need to contact them as one of my friends got his hearing mail-in December and his hearing was in January and got confirmation of hearing time and link in 3 4 days before his hearing good luck
