Refugee health care.

Hi,
I am a refugee claimant in Toronto, my question is :

Which clinics accept the refugee claimant document as a health insurance ?

Most of clinics didn’t accepted this document and every time I had to pay. Can anyone provide me any information about this?

The refugee claimant document on its own doesn’t entitle you to health care. You would need to apply and be accepted by the “Interim Federal Health Program” or the “Ontario Temporary Health Program” for coverage. I believe these cover basic and emergency requirements to a certain level until your claim has been processed and you receive refugee status. Read more here:
