Hie scylla
I came to canada in feb 2016 as a student
I was bisexual so because of that i filed a refugee claim in july 2017
But after filing a claim i met a girl i like her
And i want to get married to her
And withdraw my refugee claim
I just want to know what will happen
If i marry her and withdraw calim
What whould happen next ??
Do i need to leave canada or not

I suspect your application for spousal PR will be scrutinized very closely as it will be viewed as a marriage of convenience.
You are probably aware that the Supreme Court of India decriminalized homosexuality under Section 377 of the IPC in September/October 2018. So, unless you are from Jammu & Kashmir, you have no basis for an asylum claim now in Canada.
Ideally, you should have continued with your study program.... moved on to a PGWP.... and then applied for PR. Not sure if you dropped out of school after nearly 1.5 years.... and then applied for asylum to continue staying in Canada.... and now the marriage/spousal PR path

If you marry a Canadian citizen, realize that you must apply for permanent residency in Canada in order to gain legal status.

A refugee claim is withdrawn, a claimant with a conditional removal order canbe forced to leave Canada. ... A refugee claimant who withdraws their claim loses the right to make a refugee claim. There is no right to make another claim and it is very difficult to reinstate a claim that has been withdrawn.
Do i need to leave canada or not
You applied since 2016 and you have not filed for PR yet you would have gotten it by now..
well-all
the best in what you are doing.

Your case depends on the following question...
1. Did IRB accept your claim? or they refused it...
If they accepted your claim then just apply for permanent residence...
If they rejected your claim, then you can get married, then apply for in-land spousal sponsorship...
send me a message if you need any more information about how to do a same sex marriage application.

It is vital that your new wife know about your bisexuality or you don't stand a chance - slim as your chances are.

The issue is the man is marrying a woman and I suspect may have never been bisexual. Many people claim they are bi to try to secure prorected status. It is very hard to prove either way.
what happens if a refugee claimant have been in relationship with international student, common law is genuine.Does claimant still have options of withdrawing the refugee claim and applying for inland sponsership?
answers will be much appreciated.

Not inland, by withdrawing your refugee claim the conditional departure order that was issued when you made your claim comes into effect and removing procedures start immediately.
You
may be able to be sponsored outland.
