Yes, you can do your driver license. Do it as quicker as you can as for some provinces.. it might takes 1 year for you to be in order to drive by urself without a guardian.

Drive license can as well open four you some doors for work !!!
And you can use your card to any administration or office purposes like : banks, moneygram and use it as identite document etc....
To avoid funny look from people. And no one as to know ur situation
