I made a refugee claim in Toronto in 2023 and on 14th January 2024 I moved to BC and I filed my change of address with my lawyer.
IRB/RBD sent me a letter requesting me to provide evidence in support of my claim on January 19th 2024 at my previous address. I was required to provide the evidence by February 12th.

On March 4th, I got a letter at my current address notifying me that my claim was nolonger being considered under the small claims process.

On May 2nd, I got a letter from a person at my previous address notifying me that I have mail with them and it was the letter requesting for evidence.

I missed the deadline for providing evidence because I didnt know about the letter.

What solution do I have because I would still like to be considered in the less complex claims process?
