Refugee claim in Toronto for 5 years

Hello, my name is Yekaterina.I am Refugee Claim in Toronto. I came with my family from Kazakhstan almost 5 years ago and we still waiting for the IRB accepts our claim. Our refugees Documents will expire January 2017, I really concern about our situation. I came here when I was 15 years old,I graduated from High school. I got married this year. Me and my husband can't travel outside of Canada together. My brother is an athlete. He also need to travel outside of Canada because of his competition... I need an advice, is there is any way we can get our status to the next step? or Do you know some way we can get traveling documents ?

Five years is a very long waiting time. Did you ask IRB office there or to your lawyer?
