My refugee claim got accepted today. Total time was 1 hour. 40 min had question answer session and 20 min break. After the break judge told me you claim is accepted. I applied in dec 2023 and had hearing(short) on 5 march, 2025.
What is the next step?

Without hardcopy I cannt apply for pr. In some thread someone said you can use digital copy send to your lawyer.
Can someone please clarify it?
I received the hard copy by mail. I am sharing my experience. Of course you can apply with the digital copy if you have. When you scan the hard copy, it becomes a digital copy.
Cause everything is online now.

Difference is online won’t be signed by member/judge. The physical one that you will receive will be signed by member/judge.

My case was in Ontario. Applied in dec 2023, less complex letter in june 2024 and got date in dec 2024 that hearing is on 5 march, 2025. My case was based on sexual orientation. I also received less complex letter after which it turned into short hearing. My lawyer provided me with ICAC which was all the document that I applied for the visa coming to canada using the agent. What my lawyer told me you have to tell them it partially true and partially false. Like your purpose of coming here was false. Your education documents are true. I can speak English but my lawyer told me you have to use your language(urdu) and use interpretor, which is actually beneficial, time for asking question will become less because alot of time wasted in translation. Remember your BOC and evidence provided. When they ask you about the when it happened just say the date nothing more. For some question only yes or no. If they say what happened on that day then explain. One guy i know he didnt followed the lawyer instructions he went on explaining too much he made it hard on himself.
