I have applied my refugee case in june 2024 and also did my medical exm after one week of applying refugee case.
Today my agent called me and said that my case got approved and my open work permit is dispatched
Is it possible to get work permit as a refugee without eligibility interview
Note: i have applied refugee inside canada

You are asking same question we respond yesterday.. Your case is not Approved, but your Work Permit is Approved

June 17th 2023 1st interview/passport seize
July 7th 2023 Work permit
Sep 14th 2023 2nd interview/brown paper/IRB referral (Toronto)
15th Sep 2023 BOC submission to IRB
May 23 2024 ICAC disclosure package sent to IRB ☒ Regular Hearing: Half-Day (3 hours) with no Minster intervention (Disclosure of documents from the Integrated Claim Analysis Centre )
