Hi everyone. I just had my hearing as a refugee claimant and got denied. Still waiting for the written decision then apply for an appeal within 15 days. Does anyone know how long will it take for the RAD to decide if its rejected or not? And will I be able to stay and renew my work permit which will expire in 2 months? Can I also apply for H&C, best interest of my child at the same time? Thank you so much. Gladly appreciate any reply.
